What this site collects

This website collects personal information in one place only: the enquiry form. If you submit it, the information you provide (your name, email address, organisation if given, the topic you select and your message) is used to respond to your enquiry and for no other purpose.

The site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party tracking scripts. If privacy-conscious, cookieless analytics are enabled in future, this notice will be updated to describe exactly what they measure.

How enquiry information is handled

Enquiry submissions are forwarded by email to Gary and are not stored in a database by this website. Retention of that email is governed by ordinary mailbox management; you can ask for your enquiry to be deleted at any time by writing to the contact address.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have submitted through this site. Use the contact form or the contact details it provides.

Coaching confidentiality

This notice covers the website. Confidentiality within coaching engagements is broader and is contracted explicitly, in writing, at the start of any engagement.
