The work I do with coaches
I develop business and executive coaches across Vietnam and APAC and support them toward ICF accreditation, and I have supervised and developed coaching pools across the region with responsibility for coaching quality beyond my own practice. Coaching is a craft, and crafts develop through practice examined by someone further along. My work with coaches centres on that examination.
Mentor coaching
Structured work on your actual coaching, usually against the ICF Core Competencies: reviewing recorded sessions together, examining what you did and did not do, and building the specific capabilities your next credential level or your practice requires.
Developmental feedback on real sessions
Detailed, honest review of recorded coaching conversations: where the coaching created movement, where opportunities were missed, which patterns repeat across your work. Feedback tied to evidence from the session, not to impressions.
Training and supervision-informed development
I contribute to coach training and to the ongoing development of practising coaches. The common thread is rigour: coaching improves when it is looked at closely, with standards, by someone who has been examined against those standards themselves.
Recording readiness reviews at Review My Coaching
Coaches preparing for an ICF performance evaluation face an uncomfortable decision with limited information: is this recording strong enough to submit, should it be improved, or would another recording serve better? Feedback after an unsuccessful attempt is often too thin to answer those questions for next time.
That review now exists as a service of its own: Review My Coaching. A recording is examined minute by minute against the current published standards through five calibrated assessor perspectives, and every verdict is reviewed and released under my name before it reaches you. It is independent of the ICF, it is not an official assessment, and it never promises an outcome. What it does is replace guesswork with evidence, before the recording is committed to an application.

- Do you offer mentor coaching for ICF credential applications?
- Yes, mentor coaching is part of my work with coaches. Requirements for specific ICF credentials change over time, so check the current requirements on the ICF website and get in touch to discuss what you need.
- Is the recording-readiness review available now?
- Yes. It operates as its own service, Review My Coaching, at reviewmycoaching.com. Recordings are reviewed against the current published standards and every verdict is reviewed and released under my name. It is independent of the ICF and is not an official assessment.
- Are you affiliated with the ICF?
- I hold an ICF credential and work within its competency framework, but my services are independent. Nothing I offer is an official ICF assessment, and nothing I say about readiness replaces the ICF’s own evaluation processes.
