What a standard engagement includes
Fees follow the shape of the work. What sets them is scope: how long the engagement runs, who else is involved, and how much of the organisation is in it with you.
What a standard engagement includes
A chemistry meeting before anything is agreed. Assessment tools. A stakeholder meeting with the sponsor to set what the coaching is for and focussed on. The coaching sessions themselves. Reporting back to the organisation at the mid-point and at the close.
Six months, fully inclusive. From US$10,000.
That figure assumes all of the above. Engagements that don’t require every element are priced differently, and the stakeholder and reporting work can be a significant part of the cost. It is also where much of the organisational value sits.
Individually funded coaching is structured differently, and quoted on request.
